So, today i was just browsing the internet with the receiver of my wireless mouse plugged into my laptop (as usual). I decided to use my mouse but the battery was dead, once i changed the battery and turned on the mouse, certain programs (windows explorer, calculator and windows media player), started opening erratically, also my mouse wouldn't move. I installed windows security essentials to run a virus scan and continued with my business, however the programs would still open occasionally. the virus scan came back clean, saying i had no viruses. I then found out that the programs only open when i try to move or click my wireless mouse, i didn't have this problem yesterday, and the only thing I've downloaded since then is 2 very small .JPG files. Can someone please help?
