I have been using a wireless broadband connection for a couple of years. Quite suddenly it stopped connecting me to the internet. I'm pretty sure that the USB dongle had broken down. I am using 64 bit windows 7. I can connect using the ethernet cable so the router must be working normally. I bought a new dongle and have installed it according to the instructions but it still will not connect I would like to get back my wireless connection, can anybody help?
