ok when was it first possible to pull the internet from thin air. yeah i know its not like that, but when could you first use the internet using a cell phone connection or pull it from satalite. and im not talking about routers with 100 foot radius. hopefully you know what i mean. im looking for a year. and some info on it. thank you.
