I have a dell desktop with windows XP i have a Netgear wg311v3 802.11g wireless card hooked up my problem is that everytime i find the channel i want the signal reads great but it keeps bouncing from 54 to 1.0mbps and then stays at 1.0 . also i'm reading my wireless connection from a Belkin G wireless usb and that is picking up signal from are comcast modem. I know nothing about computers so i hope that this info helps to answer my question.
