I have wireless broadband for my PC, it is through a local wireless provider. As of lately, around 9:00 PM or so, my connection either seems to drop or it just "stalls". It has gotten so bad, that sometimes I can't even load up a single web page. I do not use a router, although I probably should, all my drivers are up to date, I have screened and scanned like crazy for any type of virus or spyware. I have not found any at all. I do have neighbors who use the wireless company, because we live in a rural area, and they are the only broadband provider.
So my question is, what could possibly be the problem? I have had problems with this ISP for years, but it has never been to the point where I could schedule the problems. I was told by the techs that some one could be possibly be "stealing" the connection, I don't know how smart the techs are, so I can't say if this is true or not, like I said, I have had problem with these people numerous times. However if this is true, is there any software that I can download that lets me monitor what is going on? Any other answers or helpful tips would be useful as well.
