ok i had to buy the correct wire harness and the dash kit is set to be put in. now can any1 help with the connections. the stereo is a sony cdx gt520 and the harness is a metra 70 2001. now what are the correct way to connect them. the package the wire harness came in was old and couldn't tell what colors to connect together. im pretty sure i know but would like some help just in case im wrong i don't want to short the radio or have to pull it apart again. i see the radio and harness both have neg connections should i just ground them to the car or to each other. also after i connect all the wires and electrical tape them should i use the butt terminals or is just taping them fine. thanks for any help i get and someone will get a best answer. if i do use the butt terminals do i twist the wires tape them and then melt the terminals. or is there a certain way to do it
