Wipe PC if password incorrect 10 times?

Can you set your computer to do a full system wipe if the password is wrong 10 times and to ensure your data is never getting into a hackers hands even if it means your computer has to self destruct.

Something even the CIA cant break would make me feel secure :)

Please recommend some software
and yes, The data is very important!
