Fanilly i will be abel to catch up a the ton of backlog series i want to watch.

I like a few shows will post that later but this seems kinda week to me what do you guys think

Hey, check out the 15 second commercial for Katanagatari. In practice, it pretty much looks like how it looks on the chart. Simpler designs, more impressive animation? Perhaps. This style could easily grow on me. I'll be curious to see how this one goes. It's certainly different, and that's a good place to start.

I'm interested in Durarara thanks to the "From the creators of Baccano!" hook, although the trailer doesn't clue me in too much. Hopefully there's a good story in there somewhere.

Aside from that, as usual Winter is pretty slow as many other shows continue on from before. I looked up Qwaser out of sheer curiosity but I won't link the trailer, it just made me angry. Nothing but wasted potential, very much in the "it would rock without the fanservice" category. Which I guess is no surprise given what the manga apparently is and the, ahem, breast milk thing, but still. Japan, this isn't hard. Fate/Stay Night showed off how to adapt material like this for TV. Get with the program.

Winter season huh, well, gota say, NONE OF IT LOOKS PARTICULARLY INTERESTING. Ive read the Baka To Test To Shoukanju manga, i guess its ok for a comedy manga, but not worth sitting through 24 minute anime episodes for. That is all.

EDIT:

I dint see Qwaser (cant believe i missed it), ive read the manga for that too, Its your cliche "Religious warrior/ and or "battle organization" fighting supernatural people/stuff series". And no, it would not "rock withought the fanservice" cause the fanservice is the best thing about it, cause the plot sucks and is incredibly convoluted and ridiculous (at least i thought so), and the action sucks, and its one of the most generic "Religious warrior/ and or battle organization fighting supernatural people/stuff series" mangas ive ever read. And it takes itself way too seriously too, and the "dark" factor is too forced. The breast milk thing is quite frankly the only reason to watch this series, i wouldnt be surprised if the original magnga author put that in there cause he realized his manga was crappy.

Man, this list sucks, to be honest. There's only three that I find remotely interesting and that's the first three on the top row. Nothing else looks remotely good.

I didn't look at it for very long, since it looks so ridiculous, but... Hanamaru Kindergarten. There's finally a new Gainax show and it's directed by Seiji Mizushima? I can't pass this one up.

I am now to the point where I absolutely refuse to even remotely consider anything new that in any way shape or form involves a school setting. Any show synopsis that includes "high school" and/or "student" will automatically cease to exist for me. Sorry, I"m just SOOOOO sick of school kid shows.

This was pretty much the only thing that immediately caught my eye, but it's certainly difficult to say anything going by the trailer.

The premise itself, if the description is accurate, sounRAB fairly interesting...whatever "distorted love story" is supposed to mean.

I don't really mind the presence of a high school setting if it's taken in a different direction, which might hopefully be a fair bet here.

Gyabo... Nodame Cantabile Finale now? I still have to get through the first series and Paris. I must hurry.

Yet other than that, nothing of interest.

Congratulations! You sold me on that show.

Other than that, it's a pure pass until more pop up that may interest me. Until then, I'll stick with what I've been watching so far and get psyched for Shinkenger's successor, Goseiger, in February.

Shows that look interesting:

Katanagatari is a watch simply because of its deceptively simple art style.Dance of the Vampire Bund has a really interesting premise that could end up either totally awesome or totally fail.Head scratchers:
Chu-bra.... ummm what now? Underwear club??Qwaser: so he draws his power from... breast milk? Bwahahahaaa!!!!!Kewpie:..... what?Yeah, wow

Interesting at first glance:

Durarara!!
Sound of the Skies
Hanamaru Kindergarten
Katanagatari

Those are the ones I might check out, the series overviews for each one seemed like they could be good. And Katanagatari just has a different looking animation style so it'll be worth it just to see a different style, I'll have to check the trailer GWO posted to see it in action.

That was my exact thought process. "Yay a new Gainax anime....wait WHAT?"

Chu-bra looks like Winter's Queen's Blade/Juuden-chan

I'm interested in Qwasar, the Vampire one, Hidamari Sketch (shut up!), Hidden God cause it looks creepy and I don't know why but Ladies vs. Butlers too. So when is KyoAni coming out with Little Busters?

I actually expect CR to get nearly all of these mainly because more than half of them are stuff that I would probably see there. (No shoujo-ai this year?)

I was interested in Qwaser for a second or two until I finished reading the synopsis.

Man, this has been an awful year since the spring.
