winrar prob and games too?

my winrar trial is over and it said buy the license or remove the program
do i have to or it will fine me
and now if u can help other programm that can open rar file for free do not say 7zip or winzip cos i tried and it doesnt work
if u cant think of any can u plz tel me a rom download website which have nds file games in it cos pokemon heartgold and soulsilver is nearly out and i want to play badly
