Windshield wipers don't work in my 1999 Cadillac Seville STS?

I've replaced the motor with 3 different used ones. Nothing worked, I checked both fuses and they are good.. I replaced them anyways and still nothing. I checked the wiring to make sure it was working correctly and it is. What could be wrong? The switch maybe itself? Nothing else in the car is affected, everything else works flawlessly like it should. It's confusing.
 
Did you check for pwr at motor? did you chk for ground .? need to do that first if pwr and grnd good which i doubt . back trace wire with 12v tester find where pwr or grnd is lost and repair if nee more email me
