Windscreen Washer location for Fiat Cinquecento Sporting?

Hi All

I've just bought a fiat Cinquecento and I can't find the windscreen washer on the engine. I've had a google and can't find anything on it.
Almost filled the coolant system with antifreeze before realizing!!

I can't see the normal black/blue/red cap anywhere. Someone told me its"inside" the drivers side wheel arch. Load of rubbish.

Any diagrams / photos / details explanations would be much appreciated.
