2 day a go when I was downloading a file for my google chrome my laptop went to blue screen with a massage that says either a installing a software or hardware cause this damage to your computer (something like this) , and restarts , but never boot my windows 7 again . I tried to start in safe mode but no answer and it just goes to start page and restarts again with 2 option start windows normally and start restore a recovery (recommended) and i try bought but it didn't fix my laptop .I don't get any OS disk with my laptop , and dont have a recovery disk or image disk . I want to know can i keep my original windows even if I have to loose all of my works on my laptop ?. Can F10 button help me to go back to factory setting and save my windows ?. any suggestion will be helpful . thanks a lot .
