Windows Vista Ultimate dual boot with Windows 7 (Pre-Installed), Vista stuck at

complete installation. HELP? I am modding xbox 360's to play burnt games, but i need windows vista or windows xp to run the software(Jungle Flasher). I have a 683 gb SATA hard drive with windows 7 pre installed, so i made a 20 gb partition and made a simple volume called "Windows XP", then i put in my windows xp os disc and restarted my computer and booted the disc, it started to load all these files, the went to a blue screen with an error code. So then i loaded up my windows 7 os and deleted that partition and made a new one called "Windows Vista"(i made it 50 gb). Then i restarted my computer and booted the Windows Vista disc i put in, it worked, i selected the partition i made and installed it, before the final part of the installation it made me restart my computer, i did, then it boot the complete installation part of the installer, then it just stayed there for about 1 hr. Then i decided to turn off my computer and i booted windows 7 and i deleted that partition, and now im still just using windows 7, BUT I NEED VISTA, someyone please help me.
