I have been using the Art Dual Pre audio interface for a while and it has been working for the entire time I've had it. Just recently, I was doing some recording, and after a quick break, I tried recording again and I got a notification saying "USB device not recognized". Sometimes it would say "Unknown Device". I tried plugging it into different usb ports. I also tried restarting the program (Vegas Pro 8.0) and the computer. It still did not work. Please respond asap.
