Windows phone suggestions?

Ive been reading around on a few sites looking for info on the WM 5.0 phones and im looking at getting either; Treo 700w, Verizon VX6700, or the Cingular 8125.

I want to be able to surf the net, and watch videos from a memory disk. Use AIM and get email. Maybe run some emulators.

Ive never had a PDA type phone (dont know the name, smartphone?, im a newb) so i was also wondering what i should expect to pay monthly. Also 400$ is around what i want to spend on the phone, 450 is ok i guess. What providers would you suggest also? And does the amt. of time on the web count towards your minutes or anything like that? i saw some extra 'unlimited data' packages but i saw a few posts that said that was just for using the phone as a modem.

Thanks for any help and guidance.

Wirelessly posted (Cingular 8125: HTC-8100/1.2 Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320))

it doesn't count towards your mins. just the amount you use. if you need fast data, verzon would be great to go with in the major metropolitan cities. the 8125 has wifi. not too sure about the verizon and sprint versions.

you will want an unlimited plan to fully use your mobile

The 8125 has an awefully small screen for watching video on. The best seems ot be the siemens sx66 for singular but it has an awefully fragile screen....
