Windows Mobile, Wifi, Skype, Family Plan.

Me and my brother live in Bronx, Ny and are looking for a Family plan and 2 phones. We dont need many minutes. and we cant afford more than $80 a month with taxes. I am looking for a smaller phone that is Wi-fi capable and is able to use Skype via Windows mobile. I am almost always near a wi-fi connection, so I use skype alot.

Is there anthing for us.
 
At that price? Maybe T-Mobile, but the Dash isn't that small. If the SDA was still around that would work better. (I think the SDA was the phone one...the MDA was the PDA one, right?).
 
Sign up for T-Mobile family plan ($59.99 with 700 minutes/unlimited N&W and M2M or 1000 myFaves minutes but no N&W or M2M), get the unlimited T-Mobile Hotspot@Home service ($19.99 for family plan), and get two Nokia 6086. You could call using Hotspot@Home when connect to any WiFi network for free.
