Windows Mobile Blanket Question

I am brand new to Windows Mobile and I'm looking for some guidence. I just picked up an HP H2200 with Windows 2003 premium on it. Is it possible to run a Windows desktop application on it? If not, are there tools that would allow me to?

To my knowledge, there is no way to run a full-blown Windows application on WM. The best I can recommend is to run a mobile counterpart. What kind of application are you wanting to run?
