WINDOWS MOBILE 6.1 WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER ERROR?

ok, i have an LG incite running windows mobile 6.1 my video files wont play on windows media player . It keeps popping up as " source filter for this file could not be loaded". I know most people are going to ask" well what file format is it?" im using MP4 format and 3GP format. 3GP and mp4 used to work on my mobile player but now they dont. Any solutions?
