when i try to play videos that i have saved on my computer, it always says that it is encountering a problem. so i go to see what is wrong with it. it says that my sound device isnt working right. When i play the movie,if it ever does play, it never has a picture, but you still can hear what the people are saying from the video. I dont know what else to do!
