I'm using windows media player 12 for windows 7 and i don't know what happened the playlists doesn't appear ..only picture of a playlist appears and all are "untitled playlist" and if a try to make a new playlist .. it doesn't work .. i don't know what to do ..please help me ..thanks a lot !..
