Windows Media Player Files?

I have many music files that I play in Windows Media Player, but for some reason I don't have them saved anywhere. Is it possible that I can copy them from Windows Media Player? If so, where do I copy them to? I'm looking to save them onto my computer. Or, if you know of any other way I can save all this music. It's driving me insane. Thanks!
