This has been happening to me for a while, but when I'm running WMP 11, and I connect ANY device (mp3 player, camera, even xD / SD Cards and Memory Sticks), WMP 11 crashes. If i try to restart it while the said device is connected, it immediately crashes.
Oddly, if I move the little error window out of the way I can still use WMP 11 and it functions perfectly fine. Just by ignoring the error message and moving it aside. Only when I click "OK" or whatever is on the error message does WMP 11 close.
I am running XP Media Center Edition, I have the latest version of WMP 11.
There isn't a specific error message that comes up, it's one of those generic ones that says "WMP 11 has encountered an error and needs to close" or something along those lines.
