My WM Player has not been able to open files for a while now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled WMP10 and 11 several times. I have already updated all of my sound and video drivers. I am getting error code C00D11B1 when trying to open an MP3 file. The same for videos. I have also checked for all updates with Microsoft/Windows. What else can I try? I am running XP. Thanks.
