WMP 11 for windows vista doesn't seem to work ever since I installed the Microsoft update for service package 2. I can't use system restore to go back to a previous point b/c everything is deleted, I tried uninstall WMP 11 but don't know how to?, and I tried do going into options-> tools and somewhere there I got lost.
