I have Windows Vista, and I had WMP 11. I was trying to view my recorded video files on it, but it wasn't allowing me. It didn't have to do with codecs, because before it worked perfectly fine but then it would not play any videos. I uninstalled it and downloaded again. I STILL got the same message, "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help." It can't be the videos I'm trying to watch because it worked before.
Somebody please help me?!?!
Every single video that I've played before on WMP will no longer work. I get this "encountering problems" message for every one.
