Umm here's a 1st, me asking for help regarding pc's lol oh well.

Get to the point, im not a big fan of WMP11, i prefer itunes to play my music but i thought id have a dabble with it over the weekend, but when i opened it an error came up!!! (at work now so i ant check for the error) looks like a .dll error form what i remember.

Anyway i went on microsofts website and downloaded it again from there but...it wouldnt install as ive got a newer version installed on my pc!!

So only solution i can think of would be to either remove n install again or repair it.

Can i do either of these and if so how? I noticed its not in add/remove programs...how do i remove it?

Funnily enough I was having a mooch on the Updates the other day and I was checking the History and found one that failed to install for MP11. I use automatic update and install.

Try to reinstall but it wasn't having none of it, so I just left it.

Hasn't seem to have affected the MP in any way it works so I wont bother with the update anymore.
