I recently bought a new Dell XPS 430 desktop with Windows Vista Premium an ATI Radeon HD 3650 graphics card (don't know if you needed to know about the graphics) and I am trying to set up Windows Media center so I can watch and record TV on it. But it won't get a tv signal from my line. My computer came with a TV tuner built in but is that the problem? I plug the cable into my TV and it works fine but when I plug it into my computer it can't find a signal. Please help, this is extremely frustrating!
