Windows Live photo search engine?

Hi! On Windows Live, when you come across profiles, they have a link that leads you to their photos. Each of their photo album has a title to it. I was wondering if there's a way to search for albums? I DON'T want to just search for photos on Windows Live, I want to know if there's a way to search for the titles of people who are registered at Windows Live's albums.

Short:
I want to search for the title of albums!
Not exactly photos themselves.
