So I have a Sansa Fuse, and the only way I can view videos on it is by converting it to a file type it supports. I've tried the Sansa Media Converter but it would fail without having Quicktime.
I have QuickTime Pro now, but I'm having trouble installing it. Once I open up the setup, and the installation finishes, an error window appears. The Error Message:
"There is an error with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
Once I click OK, the process backrolls and starts again, this time it works without the error message. But once I try to run QuickTime, it goes through another window that says:
"Please wait will Windows configures QuickTime." (I see this at school computers a lot)
And then ... Nothing happens. The shortcut for QuickTime doesn't work either, so I have to manually start it.
And I had both Sansa Media Converter and QuickTime at one time, but once QuickTime finished installing, SMC didn't work and wouldn't even start. So I uninstalled both.
Any fixes? I'm really confused.
