windows 7, Restoring from a "System Image"?

I did create a system image of my Windows 7 Ultimate system.

1.- If I recover from that image, will I have to validate Windows 7 again by entering my Windows 7 Product key?

2.- Will I have to re-enter the license keys for all my third party licensed programs?
