Ive just got Windows 7 home edition on a new laptop and have never tried to use media centre on my xp, is it free to watch live tv, record etc. Or do I need a tv liscence? On Windows website it just says get a tv tuner, is that hardware and how do I know which one to buy. I am very good on computers just not this one thing!
