Windows 7 media center help?

Why Windows 7 media center doesn't have online media like other media centers. When i hook up Windows Media center to xbox360 why can't i find the mce browser internet browser its was in other ones. How can browse the internet on Windows media center on xbox360 i download the internet plug in thing too
