WInd/heavy breathing in my right ear?

For like..almost two weeks now this annoying sound in my right ear started up..it started with heavy breathing sounds in my right ear, then for the last 3 days overnight it turned to a wind sound. I don`t understand what the hell it is, but its VERY annoying, I hear it constantly unless I am laying on my right side. It became more constant over the last week. Every 3 seconds...it comes back stayed for 20 minutes..then goes away.
Oh and I think this might have SOMETHING to do with it, about 3 or 4 years ago me and my family were sleeping in a hotel room, my dad snores so loud the walls shake, me and my sister wear earplugs. Well we bought the shitiest ones and one got stuck in my ear canal. I have gotten very little of it out, atleast half is still in there. Its my right ear that it is in... anyways, I am getting it removed..so..do you think that has anything to do with it.

P.s. don`t be all smart and automatically think it does. Wooshing/wind/breathing in ears is a common symptom of a virus infection, ear infection or water in your ears, it doesnt mean im going deaf.
I just want your insight, thank youuu! <3
