How does wind velocity affect velocity vector?
Say if it wind is <4, 3, 0> and velocity is <a, b, -9.8+c>, where a, b, and c are constants,
is the "true" velocity just <a+4, b-3, -9.8+c>
Also, does wind affect initial velocity? If so, please explain.
