will your Php.ini setting be uploaded too when you upload your Php based web page?

When using Wamp and you set a particular php.ini setting into something like display_errors to on, upon uploading your webpage to host will the setting be the same or the php setting of the host will be set to default because I saw some php webpage showing error warnings making it look unprofessional
