You've got your headdeck which is running two 6'' and two 6x9s, and then you've got an amp running two subs are around 300-350 RMS?

Like, when your driving, will your battery go flat or will your alternator be able to charge it fine?

As long as you are running your car, your car stereo will be fine. Just don't run your stereo with out your car started.
BTW. It is recommended that you do get a better battery if you do plan on running more equipment.

Your battery will not die as long as the engine is running. However, I had a friend whose headlights would dim if he turned on his stereo equipment because the alternator was not supplying enough power, so this might be something you would want to check. If this happens, you need a more powerful alternator

under 1000w should not put any additional strain on your electrical system unless you already have a weak one.

if you can get a police alternator or one with a very high amp output and you will be al set
