Will you write a poem about my friend Elizabeth?

My friend Elizabeth is turning 19, and she LOVES poetry. I thought it would be neat to compile unique poetry written about her for her birthday this year. I have written a few myself, but I don't think they're that good. That's why I need your help! She has long brown hair, plays the piano, and loves House. Her favorite color is blue. Her favorite pastime is reading. Any poems, no matter how short, long, rhythmic, nonrhythmic, absurd, conservative, or fundamental, are welcome.

Umm, I'll leave out the personal 'cos that might be creepy! I'll go with the "House" thing though. Here you are:
Elizabeth, Liz, Happy Birthday to you.
This year will surely bring something vibrant and new,
Something great and exciting - one step closer to heaven.
I hear they're preparing the new House, series seven.
Now you see, here in England we all miss our Hugh Laurie.
He was great in "Black Adder" and we're all very sorry
That he left, to New Jersey to go play an MD.
But since he's there just for you, well how sad can we be?
