Will you tell me how to make all the business cards the same in Avery Labels?

I've got a single done how I like it, but can't copy and paste it to the other cards. I have one text box on top of the others that were included in the template I downloaded; those are empty. I did it before easily, or that might have been when I used the Avery Wizard.
