by a foreign company?.....you do realize that the deal to file bankrupt is to sell almost all assets to a foreign company don't you?.......the union catch is just a ploy....in 2 years Fiat can move it's entire operations out of US and into mexico or any where place in the world.....maybe China will buy it from Fiat....cool
 
No, I will buy FORD's from now on! Chysler and GM stole our money! They should close down for good- There should not be anymore UNIONS! They only destruct the economy!
 
You are SO wrong.

The company was in a partnership with Daimler/Chrysler for years. It was German company.

Now the UAW(United Auto Workers) will own 55% they will not allow the jobs to go to Mexico. Fiat partnership is 35%
