I guess I don't really need help with the form itself because I can easily do that in dreamweaver but I want it to actually work. It will be simple with a few text fields for name and one for an email. I want the email to come to me and I want the visitor to be taken to a page that says "Thank you 'name', you will get a response shortly. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease please please please help me!
