Depending on what your job is and where you're expected to do it, yes. Especially with only 8 months into your contract. It would be a medical discharge and wouldn't look bad on your record for future employment.
Look, if your anxiety affects how you perform your job you're going to be out. Even if you can control it with meds you may be out because meds may not always be readily available where ever you're expected to work and the military will not want to put you (and other soldiers) at risk that way.
