I am worried that i will gain weight, because my brother had his birthday today, and i am on a diet, i ate much cake, candy and chips. I wont gain weight will i? I am 15 years old and am like 120 lbs, and 5 ft 6 tall. I am kinda worried. I just wanted to eat like everybody in the party and everybody thinks i am weird that i am on a diet, they say i am really skinny.
Will you gain weight if you eat unhealthy once in a while?
