Will you feel bad for GM and Chrysler if they go bankrupt?

I won't feel bad for them, except for the assembly line workers.
If they didn't make horrible cars that break down constantly, maybe they'd be fine now. We used to have American cars but something was wrong with them constantly. Now we all have Toyotas and the only thing we change is oil.
So if they go out of business, I guess it's because their cars suck (except for the Corvette).
 
Like you, since they haven't felt bad producing all that trash over the decades and dumping it on unsuspecting buyers across the world, I will have no bad feelings when they run out of money because of their crappy offerings. I prefer VW diesels. They're great, and NOBODY has matched their gas mileage or longevity. I have also owned Honda Civics over the decades, 1972 and 1979 in particular, and I bought my daugher a 2006 Accord and my son a 2004 VW Jetta TDI (turbo diesel), and I have no bad feelings whatsoever for not having bought American cars. They ain't worth crap, comparatively speaking. God Bless you.
 
You guys are the perfect example of what's wrong with our shrinking manufacturing base. You don't buy American, American companies go over seas and the foreign sh!t comes in by the boat load. When was the last time any of you actually drove an American made car? You probably shop at Walmart too don't you? Don't you realize that for every big three car that rolls off of the lines, 8-10 industry related and non related jobs rely on it? And people wonder why we are losing so many jobs.
 
Chrysler, not a chance. That corporation is built and ran around crooks. The representatives have poor customer service skills.
 
Well...........I want American Business' to be successful and in demand but obviously they have abused the public for too long and that is why they are struggling.......if you want to call it that.

But on the other hand, I use to own a Stratus till I gave it to my daughter and it truly was the most dependable and easiest car to take care of I've ever owned. Well........I went with a Jeep Cherokee after that and now that vehicle has problems.......mainly brake problems.........so yeah I have to agree that they screwed us with that type of vehicle. Also, I love the Dodge Chargers. Still, I'd like them to stay in business.......but not get free money from the tax payer's, that's just absolutely ridiculous.
 
Not at all,they all have given us crappy cars and trucks with low mileage The best we owned was a Toyota Truck and a Dodge Van and they were years apart so that don't say much does it?
