Im a 13 year old boy and I work out my arms a bit at home.
Im kinda skinny btw.
I do 4 bicep exercises,3 deltoids exercises,and 1 triceps exercise.
I used 5 pound arm weights on each arm and do 15 of each exercise.
I wanted to know if this would stop my arm growth at my age.
