will weed show up on my blood test?

i have a blood test in 2 days and i used grass yesterday. i have bad kidneys which is why there doing a blood test. they just look at my level of creatnine and things that relate to how my kidneys would be working. will they see drugs? i've only done it 2 times. will they see it or they wont be looking for it and not see it?
