I started this new diet on the first of this month. I Completely STOP Drinking Soda, And Junk Food Such As Any Sweets, Chips Etc.Now I Eat Special K Cereal Once In The Morning Walk For 30 Min. A Fiber Bar During The Day Lots Of Apples,Oranges,Carrots. And Then Will Have A Salad Or Boiled Chicken For Dinner And Will Not Eat Anything After 6:00 Except Drink Water. Then After I Eat Dinner I Will Walk For 45 Min. But Will This Help Burn Thigh Fat Because This Is The Only Reason Im On This Diet? And Also How Many Months Till I Will Start Seeing Results??? My Family Is Saying They See Results Already In My Face And Stomach And A Little Bit In My Thighs But Do U Think If I Stay Consistent I Will Lose The Thigh Weight?
