Offset is the least of your worries, it's actually the same, but they have a different pcd, so the bolts won't fit in the holes!
The centre bore on the Polo is smaller too.
I have tested various combinations on http://www.alloywheels.com as you do not say whether they are 5 or 4 stud types but in any case with either of them, although the offset is actually correct at 35 it gives me different wheels for each so that means the hole pattern or pitch circle diameter of the holes is different.
So no they will not fit
