Will Verizon Wireless replace my phone?

I don't have insurance. I lost my cell phone for one month and just today I found it but it's banged up. Will they replace it? If not, what should I do?

you can get a new phone of the same type for 50 dollars if you have insurance. other wise being "banged up" isn't exactly the right fit under the warranty category. only manufacturing problems can be replaced for free by verizon. other wise sorry you cannot get a new phone unless you buy a completely new one.

They probably might replace it. If not just buy a new phone and get insurence with it.
