I broke my last phone and got the replacement. Now my replacement is broken. I recently found the old phone and discovered its working. Would verizon turn that phone back on and switch my stuff over to it, since they have changed their insurance plans I really do not have 80 dollars for a new phone right now.
Will Verizon switch my phones?
