I got the original droid by motorola a couple of months ago. I got it used directly from verizon, it came with a packet explaining the terms and conditions of used phones but unfortunatly we have a puppy and she decided to chew up that packet. Lately my phone has been slowing down, unresponsive at somepoints, and deleting messages and changing the person I'm sending the message to. I have never dropped my phone from more than 6 inches off the ground and that was only once. So there is no way that it is my fault. I've tried deleting my apps, running spyware through my phone, everything but its still messed up. Well verizon give me a replacement phone?
This happened to an old phone of mine and when they figured out it wasn't my fault they gave me a free replacement. Will they do the same for a used phone?
